PARTING OUT 2002 4RUNNER SPORT 62k MILES

I got the car from a friend of a family member , the person who origionally owned the car moved out of the US. I checked the VIN and it's not stolen
 
He has pics. But why are you Parting out a pristine truck with low mileage? If you were to sell it you could get alot more than 4200. Even if they did move out of the country why not keep it and drive it? It can't be that hard to get a title....

I'm wanting the bumpers, maybe we can share a shipping container since I'm in Ohio also. I'm also planning a trip to see family in OK which isn't far from him, so I was also entertaining picking the items up myself, let me know if you're interested.
