I am new to this forum as a member but I have been reading as a guest for a while. I am an avid car nut and have been repairing and restoring cars as a hobby for 40 years. Look at my garage for a few of the cars I own. I maintain, own, tag, insure and have restored all of the currently owned cars myself. 1965 Mustang Fastback, 1967 Econoline, 1971 GMC 1 ton, 1979 Formula Firebird, 1997 Taurus, 1998 Taurus, 2003 4Runner (2), 2007 Tacoma, 2010 Camaro SS, 2010 Cadillac SRX.
I notice that you have been a member since 3/11 and have 43 posts. Does that make you a more trusted member than anyone else? Do business with people you feel comfortable with is about all I can say.
I have posted this truck on Craigslist too, but thought more of the T4R guys could use some cheap parts so I signed up and created the post. What doesn’t get sold is going to scrap.
The black sport that I purchased new has 176,000 miles. I purchased another 2003 that has a bad engine, broke a timing belt and oil sludge problem. I am swapping my engine and transmission to the other truck. The transmission that is available has 154,000 on it. I haven’t made up my mind yet about rebuilding the engine. More on that later.
I also do not have the wheels, the hood I was saving for guys that needed a complete front clip unless I get a great offer. This truck also does not have the JBL system. If anyone has any further questions about the truck, ask. Any other personnel questions about me please PM me. Thanks.
