It retracts. But the end cap is fully broken. You'll have to replace the end cap to be able to use it at all.

Do you have a center dash bezel (clock and radio surround) for a 99-02? Don't care about the color.

Also a driver's side rear corner bumper and mud flap assembly? Must be compatible with a 99 Limited.

If so, too bulky/large to ship? Don't care about the color here either.

No mint center bezels, I have one that has a small LED light installed in the center (for an alarm system)
Bumper ends I have chrome only, no painted ones
Seat knob I have the longer knob (forward/backward) but not the smaller tilt knob

I don't mind the chrome. I'm going to get the 4Runner painted soon. Properly prepared, painting over chrome is no biggie. Price shipped?

Actually yes I do if you want the correct part. First off you asked me about eh gauge cluster from a 2000 which is completely different than your 96. The 4cyl and V6 tachs are different, 2WD/4WD are different, and auto/manual are different.

It's not just as simple as "it's a 4Runner they're all the same"

That's a very rare truck. Right now all I have are V6 4WD automatic for a 96-97 (97 will also fit your 96 btw)
