Parts Yard or Salvage yard?

OK so I am starting to need some little cosmetic parts for my 4 runner. I live kind of in the boonies and no salvage yards around or near me have toyota parts, so where do I go besides toyota? They just want WAY to much money for these items and I have to find another way. Does anyone know any websites or really good yards I can call to get the parts I need? Thanks!

the online yards are hit and miss, the best idea i would have is make a good list, and one weekend bote the bullet and drive to one yourself. i used to have to do that, but now i have a friend that owns a large salvage yard, and he holds the 4runners aside for me. good luck
