passenger hub assembly

so my hub failed an torched the bearings on the passenger side so bad that we had to hack the one piece washer in half to get it off! shredded the bearings till there was nothing there. so next day we need a spindal nut kit an were low on time, we went to 3 dealerships an 2 parts stores just to find nothing but only 2 of the washers with the teeth which we needed thew other ones, when we told them what we wanted they looked at us like we were stupid....... how rare is it that a spindal nut kit is needed?

They're not going to be jumping off the shelf.
It's not surprising places don't stock them, but the dealer can order them.
