passenger seat on a 06

the front passenger seat on my 4 runner is powered,but i dont like the way it sits .it feels like the front of the seat is on a down angle anybody here have the same problem if so what can i do to fix. i am a new 4 runner owner and i love it

It is the design of the 4Runner. The seats are lower to the floor than in other vehicles. In addition, the passenger seat only has four adjustments while the driver seat has 8. I have the same complaints as you but I never sit in the that seat! I always have to be the one driving the 4Runner.

You might want to consider putting some spacers/brackets to lift the front of your seat up. DIY, or I think I read some off-road shops sell them (they also provide better view out the window).

Fourty-Four put brackets under the front to angle them up a bit.. It seemed to help him quite a bit. This thread also links to a 3rd gen who put spacers in.
