Passenger Side Lean

03 4runner Limited with passenger side lean

New to Toyota 4runner, been driving Jeep Grand Cherokee's for past 20+yrs.

Just picked up an 03 4runner with 80,000 miles.
Did some cosmetic work...carpets, missing end caps, and bulb upgrades.

Had 90,000 mile recommend maintenance done along with new radiator, showed signs of small leak, [radiator covered by lemon law in NYS] before turning it into daily driver.

Found shocks and front calipers where done and while under warranty from dealer [3days left and still using Jeep daily] he replaced front struts, front Calipers,rear shocks.

Ok warranty up take a road trip to DC and notice this passenger side lean...maybe because of cupped roadway and looks level when parked or in some roads.

Get back home checked out this forum and I had X-reas system as original equipment.
I now have KYB all the way around.
Hydraulic lines are still on frame just plugged and tied off.
No lights on dash just this lean that is enough to put my OCD in gear.

Pardon the story, but those are the details.
Not interested in lift truck or putting orginal shocks and struts back on at this time, just getting rid of the lean.

Looking for that comfort and handling I had in the Jeep....almost there expect for the lean.

At Firestone now so they can take measurements and maybe do some adjustments...have the lifetime warranty anyway.

drivers side is about 1/2in. lower than passengers side, its normal if thats what your talking about. theres a few threads on this Driver side lean?

4Runner is low on passenger side

My 4Runner was hit on the passenger side tire, my dad changed the lower control arm and went to get an alignment, the place where I took it wrote on the receipt needs 2 bottom lower control arms, needs smaller tires because it scrapes, last but not least the height needs to be lowered. So my 4Runner is lower on the passenger side I donÂ’t know why? Can someone help me out with this one. I donÂ’t know if the top control arm needs to be changed.

im a newbie to the site so please forgive me if I do something wrong but I'm having the same problem except I'm leaning more than an inch judging by wheel gap I don't know exactly how much but its obvious just by looking at the rear of the vehicle I've checked all the basic stuff tire pressure trailing arms/links springs and buckets all look visually ok there's no extra weight on that side all my rear suspension is stock I do have xres and have replaced my front struts with non x res my rear shocks are stock and there toast (haven't had time to replace them yet) the only other thing I've found is my rear sway bar link on that side is broke I wouldn't think that would cause it to lean parked on a level spot but I can't find any info on passenger side lean every one else is leaning the other way I guss I'm special is it possible that my spring is just sagging that bad on 1 side

15mm Dobinsons poly spacer and it still leans a bit in the rear - driver's side doe. :shrug:

ToyTec also has a spacer to help correct for the lean...

TP14 - Front Top Plate Spacer (One -1/4" thick spacer)
