Passenger side Mount options

Couldn't find much of anything, but on our long trips my wife uses the Ipad for navigation. I'm trying to figure out a good place to mount it on the passenger side. I have a Ram mount mounted down by the AC fan control, which is good for a phone holder but would like something a little higher for the Ipad for her. Anyone have any ideas? Good mounting solutions someones already done?

Can then attached the ram ball to that and so forth.

Interesting option. Very low though. I have my ram mount/arm mounted right below the right hand side fan control. Bolted with steel behind it. Fairly sturdy. Trying to figure if there is some place in the passender side dash/trim area i can bolt into that wont be a safety problem with airbags.

The passenger side airbag rules out putting anything in the passenger side area

I use this mount.. used the passenger left side seat rail bolt.. holds my ipad just above the shift lever.. for a passenger navigating the tablet would be on their left side above thigh level...
