I recently purchased my 2nd 4R from Pearson. My salesperson was John Spain. He really worked hard to get me a fair deal on my 2011 4Runner SR5. I wanted a chrome exhaust tip for the truck and he got me one at a discounted rate. Out of the two Toyota dealerships on the Peninsula, Pearson seems to be the better one to deal with and I will continue giving them my business.

Also, my dad's certified 2000 something Avalon developed the Toyota sludge problem shortly when it was out of warranty. Pearson worked with him and the engine was replaced at no charge.

While I agree that they are the better on the Peninsula, as RK seems shady as heck, recently their stock has dwindled with only 1 runner on the lot.

A dealer I was working with did not even seem remotely interested in finding the runner i was looking for. Plenty of toyota dealers to choose from in the area, so I just went elsewhere.

i wouldnt go to first team toyota. i USE to get my work done there until they left a bottle of tranny fluid resting on my serpitine(sp?) belt and i didnt even have any work done that involved tranny fluid and i had to tell them how to do some stuff to my 4runner. they have horrible customer service and i refuse to go back

I don't know about service (I do most of my maintenance and repairs myself), but Priority has treated me pretty well on the parts I've bought. They even "hooked me up" on a few things because I'd been there so often. Granted, I've probably overpaid for everything, but I like using OEM parts when I can.

That's where I ended up buying mine. What I wanted was on the lot. Talk about haggled down to the last $50... ugh. whatever, I have it now. :jump:

Getting ready to move to Langley. Are there any places to dirt bike/trail ride in that area? I plan to bring my 4 dirt bikes from ND but would hate to bring them if there's nowhere to ride.

Thats how it was when we bought my wifes Odyessy. Spent the better part of a Saturday between the Southside and the Peninsula, but we ended up "saving" a little over three grand. :trophy: I felt as though it was a day well spent!
