Performance exhaust without the sound

So I decided against the vortex and went with a magma flow due to the increased flow. The sound is okay and under heavy acceleration is drowned out by the Superchargers whine. At cruising speed it’s a little loud, a lot louder than stock but not awful. I do have a lot of dynamat sound deadening material throughout the truck though. It’s a nice throaty sound, with almost no difference over stock at idle. We’ll see if I hat it in a few weeks.

How do you like your magnaflow? Are you tired of it yet?

I've been running a supercharger for a couple years with stock headers and exhaust. I've been sitting on a pair of Doug Thorleys for a year now and I'm installing them next week, finally. I'm considering leaving the rest of the exhaust system stock.

Good luck... that's all I can say. A few pointers:

1. The stock crossover pipe is hard to get out.
2. You'll need to relocate the trans bracket if you have a auto with the longer version.
3. You'll need to relocate the main engine wire harness that goes to the transmission on the driver's side, otherwise the headers contact the harness.
