Philly area suspension recommends

After trying no spring compressor method and snapping too many 19mm sockets i couldn't get the LCA to drop enough. It was awful putting back together and i had to lower bilstein it to get there. I don't even wanna talk about my back and knees.

Want to put bilsteins up a notch and get everything torque back properly Need a recommendation on a shop in Philly area to help. I'm in manayunk, hoping to stay within half hour.

Anybody have luck around here? Thanks

Sounds like your alignment bolts are seized (surprise!). You can buy new ones, about $100, and cut the old ones off, then do your suspension adjustments. A shop is going to have to do the same thing.
Many of us on the forum have had same issue, especially those who live where road salt used in winter.

When I lived in Manayunk, I took my car to Fountain Street Auto. They seemed to do good work. They're right up along Ridge Ave. Disclaimer, never took a 4Runner there for aftermarket suspension work. However, it's all just "nuts and bolts".

As far as the trouble you were having, +1 for seized cam sleeves/bolts. Just replaced my LCA's and had to sawzall through all 4 bushings. It can be done with a sawzall and a good metal cutting blade (i used the $15 diablo blade and it was awesome). Because the sleeves/bolts are seized inside the bushing sleeves, you need new bushings (which is more complicated), or an easier route is replace the entire LCA. It's just some nuts and bolts.
