Phone Not Charging

It seems none of the 120v outlets are functioning in my 2019 4Runner. I am attempting to charge my Samsung S21 via 120V outlet cig adapter >> USB to USB-C.

Also, does the USB port serve as a power source?

You have to turn on the inverter (button on dash). The USB port in the dash is data transfer, not charging.

If you don't find a lot of answers in this thread, check the 5th gen forum. You have a 5th gen. The forum is mislabeled. There are no 6th gens yet.
