Phone works thru entune but does not ring

My samsung phone works thru entune but does not ring on incoming calls. Yes my ringer volume is up as far as I can tell. I see the call incoming, but it is silent. When I tap the green phone icon, the call picks up and the call proceeds as normal.

Any ideas? Entune is primitive and frustrating, to put it kindly.

Entune is no more. Toyota has removed all the functions of Entune: Toyota Customer Service
