PIAA 2100HID vs. Hella Micro DE Xenon

I want to add some auxiliary lighting to my 03' 4Runner without installing a brush guard and need your opinion on these two models and companies. Which model and/or company would you recommend? Thanks

Where do you want to mount them? I like PIAA ones. I used to have many PIAAs and never had an issue.

I want to mount them on a Jaos center protector, maybe they are too small for that type of installation?

It's all personal, but I think both of them are too small for application like you want. Take a look at larger lights. They will look much better on the grille. PIAA has 5" 600 or 7" 800. Hella versions are 6" FF200, 8" FF1000, 7" Rallye 4000 Compact or 9" Rallye 4000.
If you want the auxiliary light mount on the bumper somewhere, I'd recommend to go with small versions like you indicated, but for the grille guard, I'd definitely suggest something bigger. If you care about size and doesn't want to go too big, 5" PIAA 600 would be the best choice.
