PIAA Wipers, what should I do?

I got a pair of PIAA wipers in the mail recently, Happy Valentines to myself, The really smart people sent me two 22 inch wipers, waiting for the 20 inch to come now....
The weather just keeps getting grosser and I noticed that the PIAA wipers have some crazy instructions and running 'em for 5 mins and rubbin stuff all over, I just want to know...

Can I put the 22(driver side) inch one on before I get the 20(passenger side) inch? or should I put them on at the same time?

I don't see why not. Just wipers. It's not going to explode or anything. Sucks to hear about the mix up, though.
