There's a little tab on the Ebrake handle that holds the cable in where it loops around. Might have to bend that out a little bit. Have to remove the center console. Removing the old cable where it goes through the body is somewhat of a PIA. Four little metal locking metal tongues have to be held in and snuck through that hole in that body piece. Of course, if yours is busted, you could just pull the cable through and maybe use an appropriated sized socket to press those 4 tongues in to remove that piece. Once it's out there, there's one bracket by the gas tank, one on the middle of the axle, and brackets on either side. Then you need to adjust the bell cranks, which I guess you could just match the old one's position. I see your in SE PA so rusted bolts may hamper this job significantly.
