Pic of dash lights at startup

I was wondering if anybody had a dashboard picture of their 3rd Gen at startup? My CEL and VSC lights don't light up at startup, although other lights do. I'm just worried that someone cut or disable the CEL/VSC lights so I wouldn't see them if they were on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I found a vid on YouTube of a startup of a 2001 4Runner and the CEL and VSC lights do light up on startup and mine don't. Is there a fuse for that or could it be that someone just disconnect the wires.

I should also mention that my TRAC button doesn't work when I press and hold it, so maybe something is wrong with the system.

Any help would be appreciated.
