Pigeon-Toed!

Hey everyone,

My 4runner is pigeon toed. The front tires are kind of angled inwards, and I would THINK that its a camber issue, from my guestimates, and limited car info. Thoughts? I have a 2/1 Cornfed lift, and I don't really have any good pics, but I'm pretty sure I see some angling in on a before lift picture. I recently had my Runner aligned after I lifted her, some odd 1300 mi ago.

It's a toe problem alignment problem, when the left and right wheels aren't parallel to each other.

Camber refers angle of the top of your wheels relative to the bottom. If you looking at the front of your vehicle and see "/ \" it's negative camber. Postive camber would be "\ /".

See if there's a warranty on the alignment. Wheel Works in my area offer a 6-month warranty. Some places like Firestone have a life-time warranty option.

I've noticed mine has positive camber thingy when I turn my wheel. When my wheels are straight, it looks parallel to me. I thought it was weird until I've noticed all the other suv wheels have same positive camber look when they turn. My runner drives straight with no problem, so I stopped worrying about it.

Thanks for the replies guys... but my positive camber is with my wheels perfectly straight parked.
