Well here is "Holly". This is what she looked like when I got her.

Here is my current set-up:

I call her the "budget build" because the majority of the things I have purchased on this truck have either been passed down from pops or i have gotten a deal on them.

First thing I did was my Yakima rack and to get the windows tinted.

After that I went with the Hella 500's on the front bumper

As well as the ventshade ventvisors

Soon after I recieved my Safari Rack

Did you replace the shocks with that lift and how is the ride thanks

My next purchase was my CB radio. I got the Cobra 19 DX IV. I got this because i found out that I could put this in the ash tray spot and it was cheap. I dont need anything huge and its outta the way enough

Along with that I am running a Firestik II with a door jamb mount

Next I got my Ham radio license (KJ4NNA) and installed a Yaesu FT-270r that was my dads old one back in the day. Im running it to a PRO AM antenna mounted on the roof

Along with these I added some more creature comforts inside such as my DU seat covers

And my Budwiser tap shift knob :hatsoff:

In the past year I have added the following

Brackets on the basket to mount the Hellas, as well as a hilift mount on the yakima racks

I haven't replaced the shocks YET... its on the to-do list. The ride is actually very comfortable, I have had the lift for a while so i cant really remember the "factory" ride, but I am pleased with how it has turned out so far.

Wheels are in the process of getting painted right now, but here is a teaser! :cowboy:

3 coats of primer, 1 coat of graphite paint, 2 more coats to go tonight!

Wow your 4Runner looks great! I really like your placement of the antenna, does it move easily out of the way of the hatch? It looks like it is a spring mount, does that cause it to whip all over while driving on the freeway?

Thanks! I haven't really had many issues with the antenna, except for when friends are using the hatch they forget to move it outta the way! It is spring mounted and I dont see much whip on the freeway at all actually... just kinda wiggles back there.

I used to have a tennis ball on it but my pup got bored one day so i took it off and she wont let me have it back!

Speaking of that I finally got the wheels finished and mounted back on. After 3 coats of primer and 4 coats of Duplicolor Graphite wheel paint this is the final outcome!
