Thats nuts, looks great... You gonna have a hell of a time getting it off.

Pressure washer up close will peel it right off, just gotta be careful of the factory paint on plastic parts. Get too aggressive with the pressure washer and that can peel off too...ask me how I know.:moping:

Pressure washer peeled a silver dollar sized piece of paint off the front (plastic piece) of my hoodscoop. yay.

damn that's a good job with just cans.

i've used plastidip on a bunch of stuff. my observations is that the smoother the starting surface the better the finish. if i did a whole car, i would polish the shit out of it, not wax. i might be making this up, but it seems like if it's smooth it "settles" better.

as for the pressure washing, it takes a lot of abuse, but if it gets a small nick in it (which is bound to happen), the water can get underneath and it will peel up. happened on my rear bumper.

love the color choice. makes it look more rugged.

UPDATE

With the end of the winter came the end of the PlastiDip. Big panels were easy to remove, but the gaps were a pain. Pressure washer helped finish the job.













Sorry, no finished pics yet. I do need to repaint my front bumper, the pressure washer killed it...
