plate bumpers

I am going to start designing a plate bumper for the front and rear of my 1997 4runner. I want to put a winch in it, lights/blinkers, maybe some cargo/storage boxes. Would like an air tank built in, but not too sure on that yet.

Can some of you that built their own throw some ideas at me? I want to learn, and dont want to do things twice. Any help/pointers would be much appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!
