Have been battling this issue for a while now. i started noticing it after a linkage change, dont know if it has always been like that or the last operaion caused it.

have gone to several alignment shops, they are unable to fix it/tell me what is wrong. has anyone experienced this. would appreciate any tips on how to resolve this.
one alignment shop said they need to remove my steering wheel and adjust. i think this is wrong, and turned down the suggestion.
i have attached a youtube video, ignition off. there is much play to the right...

2ndly in the pic attached, to drive straight thats how i need to keep my steering, also if the steering is straigth, you will turn it upto that extent before the tyres begins to respond/turn

That's really, really bad... Could you post a picture of your outer tie rods? Also, what's a linkage change...?

Has your steering wheel or power steering rack been removed before...? If not, I wouldn't let them touch it as your steering wheel didn't hop off it's big ol' mount, rotate, and tighten itself back down. That's not your issue.

Also, your video is private.

Post up a picture of your tie rod ends (outer) and a picture of your alignment sheet.

sorry, have edited the video link/made it public.
by linkages, i meant tierod end - inner & outer and stabilizer bar link

in my neck of the woods, its not common to get a printout after an alignment job, most of them dont have that capability.
would try and get pics of the under carriage, showing the tierods.
steering rack has not been changed before, bought the truck used 4yrs ago, checked the toyota site, nothing about that was stated in the records.
