Play Time (with pics)

I finally did my summer detailing yesterday after spending a few weeks getting stuff done to the truck (tires, shocks, did some painting). Since it's going to rain tomorrow I wanted to play and get some sexy shots while it's still insanely clean. It won't be this clean again until next summer.

The best thing about these puppies is that they come out of driving like that with nothing but a bit of dust on the treads.

what type of paint did you use on the rear bumper i want to black out my entire rear bumper

I used Plastikote "Hot Rod Black".

I have to get that rusty bumper through another winter, and it was already flaking and rusting through no matter how hard I try. My shop recommended this because it sticks well, and can be touched up without blending the wrong way.

Black is the only other color than rusty red that hides the scabs. I might sand and paint the end pieces just to match them up, but it doesn't really matter. I just don't like anyone behind me in traffic judging me as a rust bucket.

Nice pictures but you really tainted them up photoshoping the license plates.

Are you paranoid? You don't wear a aluminum foil hat do you.:D
