*Please Help* Humming noise from rear end area while driving arround 90kph.

Ok so first of all i want to say hi to all members of this forum because i'm new here.

I need some help or advise about my 2004 V6 4Runner. There is some sort of a humming noise from the rear end (possibly rear axle) when crusing in speed between 85 - 90 kph. But when i am going more than that speed the noise is gone. First i thought it was probably the tires that are making that noise, but as soonest i let go of the gas pedal while cruising 85-90 kph, the noise becomes slightly more louder.

Now i dont know if this has been discussed before because i am new here, and i did try searching for this issue but i didnt find any. And if this issue was discussed before, it would be really helpfull if someone write down the link for me. So i would really appreciate help from you guys.

I had a similar issue with another vehicle, 02 Ford Explorer, where it made the humming sound and also it sounded like an airplane inside the vehicle. It was the rear bearings that needed to be replaced.
