Could you clarify a little better what exactly it is you are in need of? If I understand correctly, you need to speed up your computer, and get it to reboot faster? There are dozens of ways to do this, so if you could clarify a little more it would help.

As a basic guideline, programs such as Norton will clear out any viruses that could be slowing things down. I also recommend a spyware detector/remover. If you have never done this before, I imagine it will find a few hundred thousand spyware bugs on your computer. Removing those will certainly help.

You could always buy a Mac and not have to worry about anything ever again. :bigok:

-do a disk cleanup
-disk defrag
-disable auto startup on unwanted programs
-install more RAM
-read about how you can tweak your PC
