please help me with my fuses

my car is a green 1999 4runner............3.4 liter




I hooked my battery cabels up backwards and BLEW my alternator fuse and my (AM1) fuse.

I cant get the (square) fuse out for nothing in the world.

How do i pull these fuses out? I pulled the (see thru) cover off.

After i pulled the (clear) cover off and then I forced the (tan) square off but the metal stayed in.......................



how do i get these things out? Will my local auto store have these things?

I cant get the big square (fuse) out or the little square (fuse.)

You have to unbolt the fuse box and get access to the bottom of the panel. there is a nut holding holding those fuses in
