Please Help

I'm about to get my new head unit installed this coming week and will be integrating the steering wheel controls if I can get this solved. I really need help and can't find the solution on this forum with the search tool. With my steering wheel audio controls the button that goes to the next track on a CD for example get stuck a lot or I have to press the previous track button to get it to "unstick". Does anyone have a solution to fix this? Could it maybe just be cleaned with an alcohol swab or do they need to be replaced? Thanks.

You could try taking the switch apart and cleaning it with electrical contact cleaner or buy a new steering wheel control set. The audio controls work about 75% in my 2008 so I'll eventually have to do this too.
