Plug and play GX470 LED front turn signals
I finally found true plug and play front signal LEDs, no resistors or other mods needed to prevent hyperflash, and they are BRIGHT!
It's a brand called Luyed, sold on Amazon http://a.co/1Tov4bC
Two guys on a lighting forum I frequent (hidplanet) tried these on different cars and both were quite impressed.

Compared to an incandescent 1156 bulb, about 0.1 inch longer, no fitment issues..
It was too cold to take pics/videos of the installation or bulb output, sorry
Installation was done mid-afternoon, replaced the easier to access passenger side turn signal bulb with one of these to compare against stock. They're noticeably brighter at any angle, so bright they're hard to look at directly when standing in front of the vehicle. I tried it again in the evening (driver side still stock) and all I can say is wow.
The DRLs must be deactivated to run these bulbs though, they will overheat if you run them full time. Deactivating the DRLs was actually the first thing I did to this GX (was a tech @ Lexus at the time) when my parents leased it. I replaced a lot of the stock bulbs and it's a pain to access them.
By the way this wasn't my first try at LED front signals. I've tried these Sylvania Zevo LED bulbs, nice bulbs but not as intense as stock bulbs. You also have to buy resistors to prevent hypeflash.
