Plug at '06 Oil Filter Drain

Hi,
I am new to this forum.
I have a '06 4Runner with the V-6 engine.

How do you remove the plug that is under the filter housing drain for any oil that is spilled when removing the oil filter? Does it pull off from under the filter housing or pull off?

Its just a rubber plug, reach under there and pull it off the drain spout.
