Plug under driver's seat?

I just agreed to purchase a '98 4Runner Limited. Overall it's in amazingly good shape given the age and miles (193k).

While checking it out I noticed something unplugged under the driver's seat. I didn't take a picture but should have. It's 2 small wire bundles, each with a plug style connection. They both plug into the same box under the seat.

Any idea what these are and why they might not be plugged in?

Those are for the dealer installed alarm system (RS3000). The box probably went bad and they removed it. Shouldn't be a problem.

I had assumed that the ejector seat was on the passenger side, like in my Tacoma.
