I will be replacing lower ball joints in a few weeks. Any other items I should change as a preventive maintenance while I have the wheels off. How about sway bar bushings, outier tie rods, etc.

Yeah, those sound good to get done while you're under there. I'd hit the UBJs and maybe the LCA bushings as well.

If you have the $$$ like 500 you could change cv axles, Upper ball joint and Inner and outer tie rods. It would make you life easier in the long run, because Im assuming all you stuff is OEM and these trucks are getting old.

Are non OEM Sway bar links and sway bar bushings any good or should I just stick with OEM parts? OEM parts are kind of pricey
