Allright, I have got a wicked case of poison ivy on my legs and its driving me up the wall... I know I am not supposed to itch it, and I am trying my hardest not to.. Does anyone know any itch relievers that actually work... I am not using Calomine Lotion, and I will dose up on the benadryl before I get to bed, but I need instant relief that won't knock me out at work...any help would be great.

And if you have some age old secret that requires me to boil grass and drink it... I am not opposed... so please any remedies welcome.

Nevermind, got some steroids from my doctor, she should it should knock my poison ivy out in a couple days...although she said it might make me not sleep and want to redecorate the house.

Try Zanfel Poison Ivy wash / soap. Works great. Very expensive at $40 / small tube at walgreens or eckerd. Tecnu works well also and is cheaper.

I bought same prednizone (perscription steroids) for $7.99 after my insurance, so that was a bit cheaper, but thanks.
