I guess I'm alone in saying Mag Grey hands down. As soon as I saw it I knew that was the right color for me personally. (And they seem to fly off the lots here in CO).



Barring that, silver is the ultimate lazy guy color - never looks too dirty - which sounds really nice when your last car was black (as was my situation).

I somehow scored a mag grey trail in Colorado. That being said, I do love the red and white one.

:iagree: :thumb3: :laugh: I had a Silver 2000 Limited, always looked clean, was going for another one until I laid eyes on a Mag Grey/Black Interior SR5 on the floor of the dealership. Asked him could he find me one like that in a Limited, took about 30 days before he found one and I picked it up in April 2011.

Gonna stick my neck out...again! I've been a silver/grey man for years, and it works well, hides dirt, non-offensive, however, if the 4R came in some of the retro non-metallic colors of the old FJ's I'd be all over it. Why not brown! :tape:

Speaking from my experience with black cars: It's living in a world of automotive aesthetic extremes. It's either just been washed/waxed and looks better than any color out there, or it's even the slightest bit dirty/scuffed/scratched, and every gd thing shows.

Both my XTerra and 350z were in black - spectacular when clean, but an absolute nightmare to keep that way IMHO.

:iagree:<---Again! I've owned two black cars, beautiful when cleaned, but before you can bat an eye, there's dust on them. When I was younger (62 now), late teens into my twenties it was cool to get together with the guys and girls, beer, on the lake waxing cars and other things......:hail:...but not so much now, and I really don't want to spend $40/$50. per week having it detailed. Glad I ran across this Mag Grey!!

we went with the nautical blue. my wife didn't want white because we work for the federal government and white looks like a government vehicle. now, we live in vegas and just had a 79 degree day for late winter, and the blue was super hot to touch. Im not looking forward to touching the blue when its 115 in July.

I will echo Mag grey or white. You would be happy with either. But i do like the fact that Toyota white is single stage i have found it easier to repair pinstripes and some deep scratches on my FJ over base and clear.
