Popping in front end???

I've been searching between the forum search and DuckDuckGo for days and this thread is the first that addresses the exact kind of click/tick/clunk that I've been hearing for a while on right turns, usually when I'm braking (i.e. turning onto onramps, into parking lots, etc.). I don't have swaybars, so what else could this be. The front end is completely brand new with OEM and aftermarket pieces, so I'm starting to think it might be engine, tranny, and/or transfer case mounts because it's felt through the floorboard and seems prominent in the drivers position.

Anyone know what it might be?

Just for clarification, since your front end is all brand new OEM, was the sound there before you replaced everything, or did it start after you replaced everything?

Yes, which has led me on this replacement streak. At first I thought it was a brake pad "clap" because of only having half of the pad springs in at the time (one on each caliper broke). The only thing left that I can think of is one of the mounts between the engine and driveline. It only really does it with compression on the drivers front suspension and when I'm jacking up the front.

I've got this same metallic pop, usually when taking a slow, sharp right turn out of my driveway. Sometimes it pops in a series, like "pop, pop, pop"

Literally everything is new and OEM, down to the LBJs, control arm bushings, steering rack, etc

I've got manual hubs from a Tacoma, so it's not CV noise.

Slip joint in the steering shaft is welded.
No front sway bar.

Seriously cannot figure it out, and have learned to live with it.

I had the popping metalic noise when stopping or stopping and turning which I initially thought were the upper and lower ball joints. After replacing all 4 the noise didn't go away. The fix turned out be the outer tie rods.
