Popping noise coming from driver front

I have a popping noise coming from the front on the driver side when turning the wheel back and forth slightly. I am not turning the wheel lock to lock so its not the steering stops. The spindle was used on my other 4runner along with the icon suspension. Both 4runners have had this noise now. I thought it could have been the wheel bearings so I changed the wheel bearings with Toyota bearings. I tried to listen for where the noise was coming from while I had my wife move the steering wheel and I could not pin point where it was coming from. With all the new parts I can't think of what it could be or the fact that it did it on both vehicles. Only other thing I could think it might be is the uniball.
The suspension has new
-OEM ball joint
-OEM tie rod
-Total chaos upper control arm with 2500 miles
-New OEM wheel bearings
4runner has 136,000k miles.
I am not running a front sway bar either
Any Ideas?

NOTE: Suspension has been on two different 4runners and has made the noise on both 4runners and both on the drivers side. Neither vehicle made the noise until suspension was installed. At the time of install I did new ball joints and Inner/outer tie rods all OEM. I was using the same spindle and ball joints on both 4runners also.

Jack up the rear and wiggle the wheel. See if you have a bad wheel bearing in rear. I had a piping noise. Though it was the front but turned out to be the rear.

I'll give that a try, but since it happpened on both 4runners I believe it has to be something with the front suspension. I am using the same spindle as the previous 4runner as I swapped the spindles since they already had the uniball adapters in them. The 4runner I am currently driving had no noise before swapping the suspension over. As soon as I swapped the suspension it had it, although it was very faint at first and has now gotten a lot louder.

Have you looked at the steering rack bushings? It doesn't take much to shift the rack.

I looked at them when moving the steering wheel and rack was solid. Also it has done it on two 4runners on the same side so I am thinking it has to do with the new suspension as neither one did it until I installed the icon stage 5 suspension. Might just try another new ball joint and see if that is the issue, could be I got a bad OEM ball joint.
