3200 miles / 12.4 mpg = 258 gallons x $3 per = $774 x 2 ways = $1548 in gas on the KM2s
3200 miles / 17mpg = 188 gallons x $3 per = $564 x 2 ways = $1129 in gas using my highway tires

wow $400 difference? that's like food for the entire trip! I need somewhere to put the KM2s though...maybe one of those hitch baskets? hmmm...

Brian- no panhard drop bracket? that might be why you're on the tank skid so much...gotta center that axle!
Jay- are those air tanks you got tucked up under there?

I wonder what it would cost to ship your runner out lol. Yes they are air tanks but that project got put on hold when I made the deal on the supercharger. I still need the comp and plumbing.

LOL. Let me just fix this damage and get a couple replacement axles and I will be ready to run it.

I also forgot to mention I was two-footing it so hard I got the ATF OIL light to come on.

I had a panhard drop on my truck, but I was still hitting my 3rd member, driveshaft, and u-joint knuckle on the gas tank skid with the panhard drop on there so I had to trim the skid anyways. Then the panhard drop broke off altogether a week or 2 later so I just ditched it. Even without it, my rear axle is only <3/16" off to the passenger side. The tank skid is nice and trimmed now so it has good clearance, I don't make any contact with it anymore.

Thanks guys I was really surprised when I started going through them the wife took the large majority of the pics. The girls had a great time, other than Violeta's ankle. It will be ok just a good sprang.

Wow that link is long hope it works. You can find more pics on my Photobucket search driffter33. It took 12.5 hrs last night to upload 300pics from my phone to Photobucket. I'm glad I was able to just select them all at once and let it do its thing all night.
