portable DVD player recommendations?

I have a 2004 Sport and wanted to install a portable DVD player so my toddler can watch in the back seat (his car seat is in the middle). I had been using my laptop PC but I see these portable units have come down in price and some that have velcroed <?> to the headrest (guess they are flexible like a book ;). I assume they have speakers and I am also wondering if they have headphone outputs and if so, can i use my converter from my portable CD player that outputs to a (fake) tape that goes into the car tape unit and plays out the speakers.
Looking for recommendation on a unit (inexpensive) and mounting ideas. (I'd like to be able to run it off the car power or at least charge it while playing, and something that can handle the minor 'bumps' :)
thx!

I was at Bestbuy this week and noticed one for $199-20 rebate....I was like WTF? Obviously an off brand but at that price you could pick up a couple of them.

Check it out HERE

Even a Toshiba was on sale for only 250 - I didn't know they were that cheap. Thanks Dude!

On Epinions there seems to be alot of comments on the quality of the sound. I have a toddler who probably will not wear headphones. I wonder if I can just use the same cord i use for my older portable CD player, that plugs in a port and out to a tape that i insert in my car head unit. This allows the sound to be piped through the car audio speakers. (I assume i can use the headphone jack on the DVD player?) Anyone try this?

I have the PIE adapter for the 4th gen and we hook up my coworkers portable DVD player. The sound is awesome and probably sounds much better than my bose system at home. The enclosed cab makes the boom from my subs sound even better.

I'm looking at getting a portable DVD player with two screens.
