When you say tracks, I am assuming you mean the drawer slides? If so, I got them on Amazon, check them out.

How did you get the table to slide so far out? What track system is it?
Would you happen to have a link to your track for the table?

I mounted to steel c bars to the bottom of the drawer. The table isn't actually on slides it just slides in and out of the steel bars. Friction hols it in place to keep it from moving so much.
I went hunting at Home Depot and only found 24. Could not find a 28
I purchased my accuride 200 lb, 28" slides at cabinetmakerssupply.com .
Slides take a big price jump when you go larger than 28"
Just finished this Yesterday. looks like everybody else.
41 1/2" X 32" x 7" W x D x H
1/2" Baltic Birch, accuride 28"-200lb Glides. Goose Gear compression latches
Cabinet, Black stain 3 coats of poly. Drawers natural 3 coats poly.
Total weight 80 lb empty. I'll post more pics in my Album.
My SR5 did not come with sliding tray or third row seats.

Has anyone heard of a drawer system that can fold open to create a nice sleeping platform with both rear seats folded down?
Something like this poorly drawn picture:
I'm working on plans now. 2 maybe 3 piece folding platform or a second "table-ish" piece that pulls out and fits between the drawers and front seats. Once I finalize my drawings, parts & cut lists I'll start posting the process to this thread. Probably a month or so, since I'm not building anything in this cold.

Started working on a design this evening that I may try to build. It'd be removable drawer storage for the trunk area with a sleeping platform that can be installed for camping trips. Since I'm 6 feet tall, I can't fit back there without removing the 2nd row seat bottoms which presents a couple challenges I'm trying to work out. Namely, how to make it where the front most portion can collapse down so the driver and passenger seat can go all the way back while driving, yet still be sturdy enough to lay on/hang out on when deployed. Also, trying to figure out how to make the same part fold upwards as a seat back for chilling before going to sleep.
What size are you making your drawers? What size, i assume plywood, are you using. Working on a very similar plan now and would love some outside insight.
I haven't actually figured out what type of wood I'd use, but this design is assuming 3/4" plywood tops/bottoms and 2x6 (1.5 x 5.5) sides. The drawers are about 30 long x 15 wide x 4 deep. This is all preliminary based on measurements I took of the back with a tape measure. I'd have to do a mockup to make sure the height is correct (I don't want it as tall as the wheel wells since I'd like to be able to sit upright with plenty of headroom).
Here is the ultimate drawer system with survival food. LOL. Chevy panel truck operated by Helms Bakery Los Angeles Ca.

My initial designs are about the same size. I used The Sagulator ? WoodBin to compute sag of various plywood sizes and figure I can stick to 1/2" all around and still have me and the wife sleep on it, support the dogs, and/or any tools, parts, coolers, etc. I might throw back there.
I doubt there is enough headroom to fold if the platform is high enough to go over the seat. Might have to be a tri fold with supports

Mine doesn't go the full length. i just mounted it towards the front.
Man, between XOverland and all these posts… you guys are hard on the wallet!! Thanks for all the inspiration, though. Still tweaking my design a bit, but my wife got me a couple paddle latches for Christmas and I’ve started acquiring material, just ordered my slides today, and hope to get started on this soon. This will be my driver side, set 1 of 2, for my 3rd row SR5; passenger side will be similar. Planning all 1/8” aluminum construction.
