Post pics of your rear storage setup

I've been wanting to add some extra storage ever since our first camping trip. The best idea I've seen a false floor with everything stuck under it.

Things I want hidden:

2nd Yellow Top Battery

Two 10" subs

Two Amps

Inverter

Pull out drawers for tools/recovery gear

All that and then the floor itself needs to be hinged in the rear.

I'd like to see what everyone else has come up with. I've seen a lot of pics over the past year so lets put them all together. Thanks guys

I'm in the midst of planning mine. It will be used as both storage and a sleeping platform. I also plan on making it padded, carpeted and modular (two main pieces), so I can just take out the front section when I want to use the back seats and leave the back in most of the time. I'll post pics when it's done.

Here's what I have so far





My 6yr old 1300 Xplod 12's 320w RMS a piece and a lil Infiniti 311a at 150w RMS per chan. Hits like hell for no reason and even better now with a little extra space. Then the JBL GTO638 6.5-Inch 3-Way Speakers up front powered by an Alpine 4chan at 90w RMS per chan. My rear doors are blown but with this setup I don't need em. And to control all this madness is the the
Alpine IDA-X305S Ipod/Iphone receiver, no matter how rough the terrain, no skipping. Had this system since I had the truck just real happy with it now. It's great to scare off wild life while camping and playing cornhole!

Next will be a hinged pull up door and inside a nice foam padded drawer with all the necessary tools, another yellow top and a big ol 2-3000 inverter.

And another piece of ply for a solid deck that stretches the entire rear cargo area with tie downs.

I gotta get a real spare! And build my rear bumper with a swing out tire carrier. Maybe after this deployment. Happy for now.

Just as Hepar stated, I too am in the planning stage. I just seem to look at pictures for about 2.5 hours, get bored, and plan as I build/cut wood and pickup hardware.

Now I know you have no idea of the idea I have in the works, but in my head it looks awesome.
