Going to be pulling the trigger on a 4runner soon, maybe tomorrow... Everything is on the table SR5, SE and Limited.... we'll see what the numbers look like.

I've seen just about everything in person except a Black Sport. I really like the SR5 and Limited in Black, just curious how Black looks with the 07' roof rails and runners.

Very nice.... I like the Black, it's a good combo with the Sport trim.

I know this isn't a gallery thread. But damn, your 4Runner looks great. I should've gone with my gut instinct and got black.

the seats suits me well being medium built 165 lbs. i have no complain, the interior is cozy enough for me, though its not leather.

@Uneek, Sure is great but takes a lot of elbow grease to keep it up and nice looking, i guess goes for any 4R. It just so happen i like to detail cars especially on a nice weather. and careful on what material i use that touch my truck.

I don't like the hood scoop on the SE but I have to admit that SE in black looks hot.

Got out to see some trucks today in person... dealer had a huge selection but no Black SE to be found on the lot.

This being a large dealership, they had (3) non-Limited 4runners with AM Leather already installed ($1395 added to sticker). This was nice to see in person as it is something I'm considering. The Leather looked of good quality and there were no zippers or unusual stiching.

One of the trucks I test drove that came with the AM Leather was a Galactic Gray SE with a nice Dark Charcoal leather inside... had this one been Black, I probably would have bit the bullet and bought today, even if it meant going over budget.

I also drove a Black SR5 with Stone AM Leather. One draw back with the SR5 (for me anyway) is no PWR seats. Pwr seats is something I've come to expect and really liked that feature in the SE. That said, the leather feel makes a huge difference on the SR5 IMO.

Thoughts on the test drives:

SE - I purposely test drove the SE to see if it felt any different than the SR5s I've driven and sure enough I did prefer it's ride. A couple of subtle differences in the interior were nice also as was the slightly upgraded stereo. Not a huge fan of the Tubular stuff or the view of the hood scoop from the drivers seat....

End result, I'm mulling over the offers I received after much negotiation.

SR5 - MSRP $32,819 FE, CD, AW, NE, RL, TO, DR, SR

AM Leather - sticker $1395

36 month/15k

Toyota MF .00181

$431 plus 7% sales tax for a total payment of $463.00 per month
