Post your tattoo!

I feel the same about colored tattoos, but to each their own.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I can tell you first hand that getting a tasteful sleeve will not be a deciding factor in MOST law enforcement agencies. If they site that as a reason, they wanted the other guy more, for reasons they can’t/won’t tell you. Plus they make sleeves you can ware over your sleeves now that breathe really easy that match your skin tone. Up close you can tell but it doesn’t matter.

and one of my better convo starters :D

This one is humorous!:thumb3:

I got my first tattoo. Maybe simple for some, but very meaningful for me. Thanks Andy ( afg10000 ) I absolutely love it! Oh...and it was so great to meet you! Good luck with the new Runner!

I have a non-offensive visible tattoo on my neck and I'm almost done with school to be a firefighter. Never once have I considered not getting a job as a firefighter. None of my instructors, who are firefighters, have told me I need to pursue another career. I've also done several ride-alongs and met several chiefs, neither of which judged me on my tattoos. Are there some places I won't be able to get a job? Sure! But this one tattoo won't stop me from getting a career.

Any pics?

I knew I couldn't stay away from getting inked again. I've had this design in my head for years now, just concerned about it's location but I took the leap and got it.

I've been thinking about getting something very similar to that in the same location. I need to finish my other side first though, but hesitant about getting a full sleeve and working.

Here's what I currently have.

Here's what I'm getting started next week. It's going to be color instead of black. Just need to outline it and start messing with colors.
