I might be loosing it but just got back from the toy dealer after getting my oil changed and saw about 7 SR5's with the cladding painted to match. At 1st i mistook them all as having the appearance package or them being limited till i saw a white one. It actually looks really good and even gives them a unique look to them. The paint shop sanded down all the cladding to give it a smooth and glossy look. I really didnt know how the cladding would look had it been painted but after seeing them upclose......im for one relieved that my cladding will look good in time .

$1450 was the amount the dealer was charging for the paint.

I might go back to the dealer tonight and take pics.

The Green 4runner looked amazing.

YEP! Was always hesistant to do it have it painted but after seeing them up front.....i couldnt be happier.

Talk to the paint shop where my dealer has them painted and they said $1200. Appearantly the dealer marked up the job lol.

well if i ever painted my cladding, i think after one trail trip, i'd loose 1/2 the paint! DOH!

dang 1200... that's still pretty pricy ehe?

dang with 1200, u can actually lift it! or get some rims/tires! woo hoo!
