Potentially parting out rolled 96 4runner

JEEP

I have an opportunity to pick up a rolled 96 Toyota 4runner. I was informed that it has the "big" motor and an auto tranny. It is dark green with leather.

Pretty bad roll, but lots of pieces left. 70k miles.

To get an idea of what its worth could you guys reply with parts that you would potentially be interested in and an email address. That way if I do buy it I can contact you and sell you the part you mentioned. ... shoot me a price on what you want to pay for the item as well.

based on the amount of requests and info I can get on what stuff is worth I may buy the truck

Big motor = 3.4L V6 (183 hp, 217 torque)

Tranny = 4-speed auto

Is it a Limited model or SR5??

not sure, how can I tell? I think it has leather and a leather wrapped steering wheel... not sure if that matters.

What can the 3.4L be easily swapped into? Old Tacoma's? older 4 runners? Would this motor appeal to anyone if I sold it as a complete setup ( motor, trans, computer)

So I guess there isn't much demand for the parts on this site at least. Doesn't look like too high of a demand on ebay either

What older toyotas does the drivetrain swap into?
