Depends on the shop, prices vary widely. It can be done for a cheap as 40 per rim and go up to 80 per rim. Call around before deciding on a shop. And make sure it includes sandblasting and all prep work.
 
I'm going to paint my stock 97 rims sometime on my own. Christian from yotatech was nice enough to give me a write-up on how he did his, maybe this will save you some bucks. Here's the email he sent me

1. Clean
2. Sand
3. Wipe
4. Prime
5. Paint
