powder coated wheels

Thanks!!
They look amazing in person...The flat black just looks so tough w/ the titanium. I'm still debating on whether to paint the front grill flat black and then do a matte clear over it to protect it like i did w/ the wheel caps. I'm not a fan of chrome. I WISH SOMEONE WOULD PHOTOSHOP ME A FLAT BLACK FRONT GRILL FROM A 2006 + T4R...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE???? Leave the V8 emblem chrome and just black out the rest, and then maybe do the same to the chrome piece on the tailgate...we'll see. I think it might pull it all together. I just can't picture the result, and once I sand down that chrome there is no going back. I couldn't be happier w/ the results of the wheels and the powder coat should hold up well.

Next is a mild lift...Les Schwab wants 700 bucks to do 2" in the front and 1 1/2 in the rear...including new rear shocks... Might be something for down the road.

Excellent !!!

Love the silver black look. Exactly what I would do if I had silver .

Any plans on a lift ? How does the 4R handle the Montana winters/blizzards ? You got the good tires for it thats for sure.

Ths will be the first winter w/ the BFG's... I do plan a small lift sometime in the near future.
Thanks for the compliment.

Looks great! :bigok: Those are the T4R wheels vs FJC wheels, correct? Did you have a bunch of Geese migrating and pooping in your driveway? What lift does Les Shwab want to do for the $700?

Those wheels look a lot like the ones that came stock on my '04 SR5. Of course, mine are a "brushed chrome" type color, but I think they're the same. They're definitely the same size.

Btw, they did a nice job on your wheels man, those look slick.

It was 70 bucks a wheel...mounting and balancing included. And, YES...saw quite a few geese last night....those are the stock T4R wheels and Les Schwab is referring to a Revtek lift.

Look through some of the previous threads...i swear there is a guy w/ powdercoated sequoia wheels on a galactic grey. Shouldn't be too far back and yes, it looks fantastic IMO.
