Powder Coating 5th gen LE rims

I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried to powdercoat/plasti dip the 20 inch rims on the LE's.

There's a material coated on it that could be an issue. I was thinking of trying to plastidip just the aluminum parts to see what it would look like.
I've not seen this topic discussed when searching on here, and googling.

You can generally powdercoat any metallic wheel. You can definitely powdercoat the LE wheels. Any coating on them will be sandblasted off beforehand. No pics though, sorry.

Just wondering if anyone could share some pictures of their Powder Coated 20” LTD. Wheels.
Planning on keeping mine, but want a different color. Was thinking about going white on white, but now considering other color options.

With powder coat, the surface prep will require any existing coating be removed with media blasting.
