Went to a local powder coating place and to make a long story short the guy told me $150 per rim. I understand about the gas he has to use to heat that big thing for only a 4 small rims, but he was saying it costs more to order the materials etc., I will just wait and buy new rims later for those prices.

I'm in South Florida and just got three quotes for powdercoating. All were pretty much the same:
$25-50 to sand blast any existing coating
$50-75 to powdercoat with pretty much any color I want
$75 extra per rim for two tone powdercoat
With some negotiating I'm sure I can get it done for $75 per wheel including sandblast. THat guy is ripping you off.

yeah ive been quoted $40 a rim. try contacting TRG coating
