does any1 knw if i can powdercoat my 2002 4runner sport wheels? the guy that offered to do it has gave me many different idks so i was wondering if any1 on here knew.

The powder coating company should be able to answer all your questions better then the average t4r owner.

its a local plant that is actually doin it they dont specialize in powdercoating my friend is gonna sneak them in for me.. do i have to do anything to them b4 i powdercoat them?

I had a S10 ZR2 with powder coated rims from a 1987 Blazer. They looked awesome, but they were alloy, and done in a matte finish. They prepped and coated them for 70 bucks a peice back in '04.

Ensure they do not use the full temp setting. There is a lower temp that will make sure they do not become brittle, which is the main concern in powder coating alloy wheels. Good luck
