Power Door Locks not synced

2005 4Runner SR5 V8.
I just replaced the power door lock actuator on the passenger side rear door. Old one was dead. New one works, just backwards. Easy process to do. Thought it would be a little more difficult. But I guess I did something wrong or missed a step I should have done prior to tearing it apart.

Now when I lock the doors the other 3 lock and the new one opens, and vice versa. When I start the 4runner the other 3 lock and the new one opens. I have taken it out 3-4 times trying to figure out how to get it to lock and open with the others. I am at my wits end. Is there a way to sync them all?

I thought about that. Just don't know where or how. It's all plugs. But I can't think of anything else that would be causing this to happen. My luck I'd fry the 4runner to the ground. The new actuator must be wired backwards.

Either depin the plug, that connects to the factory wiring and swap it around, or cut the wires and flip it around
