Hey ya'll, new guy here. Been lurkin for a couple weeks and have learned alot from you folks, thanks alot.
Got a '98 4Runner a few weeks ago and the power door locks don't work. I haven't been able to work on it much but plan to soon. My wife and I reprgrammed the VIP 3000 alarm this morning and it's workin fine. But no power locks from either the fob or the button on my door.
Was wondering where I should start. No, I didn't check fuses or anything yet. The feller I bought it from said he thinks it needs an "actuator" and he did check fuses.
